Yes, Siberia has a lot of Asian looking people. That's b/c Russia stole it from them.
Yakuts, Evenks, Evens, Buryat Mongols, Tuva Mongols, Altai, etc.
Most of them belong to the Turkish, Tungusic, and Mongol families. All three of those belong to the Altaic family. The Altaic family belongs to the Mongoloid race also known as yellow Asians.
