نامبرده را یکتن از پناهندگان افغان درایران وانمود ساخته است و افغانستان را مرکز تروریست ها و منبع مواد مخدر خوانده است .در حالیکه نیکپا بیشتر از پنج سال میشود که ازایران به وطن عزیزش افغانستان برگشته و درکشورش اقامت دایمی دارد و نخستین تمرینات ورزشی اش را زیر نظر استادان مجرب افغانی و کوریایی فراگ رفته است . کمیته ملی المپیک افغانستان از مقامات جمهوری اسلامی ایران متوقع است تا در قسمت اظهارات بیجا و بی مورد خبرگزاری فارس عطف توجه نموده و جلو همچو اظهارات را که باعث کشیدگی مناسبات فرهنگی

I think he participated in Olympics by the name of Afghan not any tribe. We should share our success with all Afghans. I think Afghan name is broad word then any tribe. If tomorrow one of our Uzbak or pashtoon brother win something it is not just for him if we limit our selve to these names we will lose and we will have less prouds. very nice i am a tajik proud of my hazara brothers they are always hard working people in Afghanistan but these bastard criminal pashtun rulers never gave hazaras enough rights like the other citizens, but still hazaras are stronger than pashtuns in everything, i am so proud of you. shame on those people who call amanullah khan or zahir khan baba e melat.. pashtuns are paying for what thier crimes today the americans kill them everyday
