it's all in your perspective. the whole point of this song is appreciating different body types and realizing that you don't have to be a size 0 to be beautiful. i just find it annoying that people can't listen to this song without feeling the need to type derogatory comments and argue with each other.

This song has a nice message. And really, some of those women look pretty healthy to me. If their weight really was impeding them from having a healthy lifestyle, I don't think they would be dancing around so enthusiastically.
And honestly, those of you bashing people who are little bigger, assuming that they're lazy and gluttonous...are you really yourself perfect?

If you care a great deal abot your health, that's great. It really is. But it doesn't make you any more of a person than anyone else.
I know many talented "bigger" women who have much potential, and I know slimmer women who are equally gifted. I personally love my body, even though it might not be perfect. The appearance of your body doesn't determine your worth. As long as you can move around and function properly, while at the same trying to stay as healthy as possible, you're good to go.

Think about it. Dawn French is huge, but she is gorgeous and very successful. Marilyn Monroe was a size 16, and is still a major pin-up. The fact is that different men like different things: 42% like big women, 38% like skinny girls, 11% are gay and 9% don't care.

Being underweight and annorexic is actually MORE of HEALTH risk and a problem, anorexia leads to infertility, brittle bones, and fur growing on your body to keep warm.
I would rather be chubbier, because you do in fact live longer being fat than you do being annorexic.
