Phil's Bogus Journey: Trip to the Large Hadron Collider
Uploaded by: IRONMANAustralia
Video Description:
Phil Plait takes a trip to the Large Hadron Collider, and makes another video that I have to expose for what it really is.
This time he is called out to Geneva by his faceless paymasters to make a propaganda video about the careless experiment at CERN that is endangering the entire planet.
This video is a fictional reenactment depicting the very real reckless attitude of scientists, and the inevitable consequences of playing God with the very fabric of the universe.
Disclaimer: This video is a good-natured joke at the expense of Phil Plait, and not a product of the Bad Astronomer. It is not endorsed by, or officially representative of Phil Plait's opinions or website.
Get the real video - and the real story - at:

Or at Phil's Bad Astronomy blog:

And if you think this is in any way real, and not the joke it obviously is, you need your freakin' head examined.

But in the meantime, let me help you out with your metaphysical questions:
1. You're you.
2. You came from a Mommy and Daddy that loved each other very much, (at least for a while).
3. If you want to "find yourself", try looking in the nearest mirror.
Surprise! There you are.
How do you nutjobs have the wherewithal to find my channel - let alone operate a computer?
Okay fruit cake, (or should that be areca cake?), if you want to talk epistemology you'd better look up 'Bare Assertion fallacy' first, or this conversation is just gonna piss me off.
And I'll make you a deal: You don't quote Einstein's mangled out-of-context opinions at me, and I wont bore you with explanations of "Quote Mining" and the 'Appeal to Authority' fallacy.
But either way, you're quoting a guy who spent his life studying physics. I don't think he agrees with you.
Of course knowledge won't directly stop disasters and alone what an absurd point to bring up. However the benefits to our nature as a species to innicially find the key to the cosmos would be infinitely great. u can believe the earth is flat.
1. caused by his own body as various diseases
2. caused by other humans, mosquitoes, snakes etc
3. caused by nature as floods, fire, earthquakes, tornadoes and so on
i was a boy,youth,man, student,doctor,husband,father,american etc. the I remains same.only name and form change.
After experiencing a deep connection with the infinite knowledge of the universe, and consulting the four pillars of wisdom I've come to the conclusion that you're full of shit.
I just KNOW in my heart and soul that it's true.
