I love the book. Was a bit doubtful when i heard they were gonna make a film. How on earth?? But I like the look of this trailer already. Good start of the story for the start of the film i reckon.

This is just an online promo for the book, not the film.
That said, the guy who's going to direct the movie... if you liked this promo, I think you'll like him.
He directed Amelie, and I think the surrealism of that movie's really similar to that of this book.

WTF? Well of course it is only a promo. duhh. I didn't expect them to have the real trailer up and ready already. CGI is a good way of getting a draft trailer out so that you get an idea of how the beginning of the film may look. I was using my imagination. Obviously something some of you lack. By the way thanks to Neokimchi for being constructive in his/her answer by telling me more about who is going to make the film.

amazing book. i thought the thing with the three religions was actually really inspiring, and i'm agnostic. it was so strange that someone could believe in all three so strongly in such an innocent way, without all of the corruptness and ignorance that is seen all over today.

hello..could you tell me wat the book is about..i have the book with me but i cant quite figure out wat is happening..so far ive read to the part with the animals in india ithink..its a BIG book..could you tell me how he got into the boat with the lion?..and idont get how the hyena got there too..thank you very much!
