I dont get it, there are many stong nations together with their strong amunitions they cant counter the talibans, they even know where they're shooting from so why dont they run into them with their tanks, plans? talibans weapons might take down some of the tanks and plans but not all.

Rules of Engagement. And they don't always know where they are and we do use tanks and planes but they just run back into their holes until we pass over then come back out. They also blend into the multitude of civilians.

Canada has probably gained more respect, showing that just because a job is tough dosnt mean that we will back down, and that we will only help people in peaceful areas. Canada brings the fight to the enemy so we can rebuild and develop areas that would normaly just be left behind.

We did, we went on a UN Sanctioned NATO mission. I do not like Bush, sure hes fun to laugh at, but his policy in Iraq has distabalized the region, and left Afghanistan less noticed on the Americans to do list.
