I appreciate the sympathy and am all for giving service members all that you can. But in reality these sites are only being blocked from workspace computers.
Any service member can go and get access from their barracks or berthing out of their own pocket anytime they want. Also, most bases accommodate the members with access at the various rec centers.
And if the O-6 running the place isn't corrupt and pocketing the earnings, it's most likely free.
