SAS is more trained for urban combat, house to house combat, close quarters combat, its more a specialized SWAT team
SEALs are special military who ficht in open terrain, deserts, jungle,.... they infiltrate enamy territory BEFORE the enemy knows there there
there both equaly good for what they do, but you may not compare them

The first enemy soldier that was hit. FAKE!!! He was shot with a .50 BMG round. He wouldn't just twitch and die like he did in the video. With that kind of round he would've been splattered. Correct me if I'm wrong.
