depends on the sniper rifle if that was an M21 it usualy has VERY little recoil if it was an M40 that regular Marines use it has bit of kick back but since that guy looked like an SF guy he could probably control it and the firing the M249 from hip isnt uncomon if all u want is supprisive fire thats actualy more effective but if you want indvidual aimed fire no you shoulder it and use the sights but the way the get out of the stryker and say grouped together thats unrealistic

finshinig my reply in real life when exiting a Stryker or Bradley straght into a fire fight the Alpha team goes one way and the Bravo team the other and you spread out and depending on the setting in open plains like that you look for cover or lay down dont stand up like that idoit who got shot in an urban setting you go for the nearest alley or building and comandear it they just got out stayed in a group that one guy got shot for standing up he shoulda been laying down or behind that wall

trust me, I speak Chinese. They were fighting Chinese soldiers on a Japanese island, trying to control natural resources. China is portrayed as the aggressor. For this reason I might not play this game when it came out, even though it's a kick ass game.
