This is called "tandir kavob" most amazing cooked meat you can ever imagine off and its not a dirt on top of it, its an ash, which makes meat to taste more dliciously. Uzbek cuisine is very broad, there are so many meals, which are not shown on this video, but anyway the person who upoaded this video made a great job, thanks bro and also most of the people in uzbekistan prefer to drink tea instead of wine, but still i don't see any bad points about wine, comparing to vodka or other stuff

Not exactly. The settled people of Central Asia are of Turko-Mongol-Iranian origin. Tajiks have more Iranian substrate, and less Turko-Mongol blood. Uzbeks of the cities are primarily of Iranian-Turkic blood. Uzbeks of the countryside (except for Ferghana valley) are mainly Turko-Mongol. On the other hand - Kazakh and Kirghiz are purely Turko-Mongol.
