well as far as i remember this was in Serbia (in Europe) and the stupid mistake they did was bomb old russian tanks put out by the serbs, to attrackt attention from NATO bombers just like these. They bombed a single t32 seven times, because once it got hit, theyl just move it to another location. and then they hit it again.. SO STUPID!
