this certain explosion has nothing to do with marines and noone was killed.. this is the Ammunition Supply Point at FOB Warrior, Kirkuk Iraq in 2004, it was being run by me and my soldiers from 225 Forward Support Battalion, 2nd BCT, 25th ID. It was caused by a mortor round which caught the grass on fire and now u see the events ... these posts from people are funny and somewhat saddening to see people take fame of real soldiers doing a dangerous job...

Not quite. No one was injured or killed from the resulting explosions and fragmentation. A full evacuation of the area was performed, and the video that you see here was taken from over a mile away.

this video should be called "US ARMY AMMO DUMP" cause that what it was. NO U.S. munitions were involved with this since I was there that night in 2004. Only 2 branches of service on COB Warrior.... Army and Air Force. Good job on the marines for taking credit for something they were'nt involved in.
