1Ok people have been arguing bout some police force called so19 being equal of the SAS. Fact is yeah they probably are just as well trained for counter terrorism (not better). Good to have because it means the cops don't have to ask for the SAS to come in.However to claim that a police unit is better than the SAS is ridiculous,the SAS are soldiers.They have military training and go on missions in war that so19 would not have the training to complete.

Poland has a good special forces unit named GROM, they are good. The SAS train with them and also the German Special Forces. You got to understand that it ain't about who is better trained, because they all use the same tactics as each other... it is just the SAS has had all the hype and the fact that they were the first of their kind!

ye they all comprise to make UKSF. made up of SRR, SFS, SFSG, SBS, SAS. my brother is currently doing selection for SB, they work with SAS candidates for a lot of the course.
and to those bitches arguin, the onli reason y the gun culture is different because the weapons are so easily to get hold off in US.

i love the SAS but where as they take all the glory and publicity, the SBS just remain in the shadows. the SBS are the most unphotographed,hush hush regiment in the world, no ones knows much about them.from personal experience i would say they are the best.
