Not the same. Similar, but not the same. There's one note on the end of Spring Nicht after the repeated riff on this song's intro...
Besides that, I've heard this riff in 7 songs. It's a very overused intro... I mean, look at a lot of HIM's songs. They use the same intro in like 4 of their songs.
