Thats the idea that communism is baced on and it dosnt work. We are greedy by nature therefore we must have an economy that is natural to us.
We do need the government to come in and help with people who cant work, elderly, disabled etc. but not just becase they are poor.
If people are poor and unhappy about it, then they must work hard, get educated and spend money wisely and they will have a chance at moving up. Its called incentive, its what drives us to work hard and do a good job.
