One day it took me 2 whole hours to speak to someone who then said you have come through to the wrong department despite my pressing the correct key. I think if there busy they will pass u onto someone no matter who it is. Then I spent another hour being passed from one place to another.

Why is it when you give BT your mobile number because you're at work all day they still try to call you at home. When I called after 3 weeks to find out where my BT hub was they replied we attempted to call 3 times and there was no reply so we cancelled your order!! No message on the answerphone either!
