officialy that missiles are installed against iranian ICBMs which iran doesnt even have. but russia has ICBMs so its quite evident that those american missiles are there in order to reduce russian nuclear strike capacity which means AGAINST russia. of course a douzen of missiles isnt a problem for the huge russian arsenal but where is the guarantee that it remains only a douzen?
