Afghan's or Pathans are always respected in India for they never break their promise. They are regarded as bravest of all and they have a kind heart inside. Pathans settled in India are an integral part of Great Indian Nation. Many of the Indian army, Naval and Air force officers are Pathans and many of the bollywood heroes are Pathans.

I have heard the same. During the Kargil war, when Pakistan was refusing to take the bodies,a enemy guy called and asked for the body of his friend that was with the Indian army. The Indian army major said "why should I give you the body? What if you don't bury it properly?" The reply was "Sir, I am a Pathan". The body was handed over next day.

you are right about many pathans in bollywood. indeed, bollywood is indebted to much pashtun talent, and not just in acting but direction as well.
however, just a minor point: shah rukh khan's ancestry is hindkowan from peshawar. he's not pashtun.
