| was fortunate enough to see Son 3 times here in Cleveland before he passed on. Always a high quality show,knew how to pic his band members,Red Groetzinger is fantastic !!! They were always very approachable between sets,something you don't see much today...it's a shame someone like BB King is SO over-rated,never came close to Son's style in my book...Hell...King can't even sing and play at the same time !!! |

| I saw Son twice, one time before he lost his leg, and once after. In both times he was amazing. His shows were full of energy and he never ran out of ideas. He learned a lot from BB King and others but he was original. God bless his soul. |
