To me Tajik Uzbak Hazara pashtoon are the same. They are all Afghans, but for your information both his father and mother are pashtoons from Laghman. His father was priminister Dr. Zahir. There are lot of Afghans that are Dari speakers, but they are pahtoons. To us it does not matter.
